Dragon6 Designs Frequently Asked Questions

Dragon6 Designs is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dragon6 Inc. You will find that our policies and terms of use are the same as Dragon6 Inc. Since we are selling Print On Demand items there are some difference in how we approach “Shopping”, “Payments”, “Shipping”, and “Orders & Returns”. Below will give you details on what you need to know before purchasing from Dragon6 Designs.

General Information
Is Dragon6 a Non-profit?

Yes and No. Dragon6 Designs, as an assumed name shares the non-profit status of Dragon6 Inc. Our IRS approval letter and corporate documents are available for review in person.

What Can I Do to Help?

You can serve on the Board of Directors. You can donate your WordPress skills to help maintain the website. You can join in the creative process and submit design and verbiage for review. There’s a lot YOU can do to help the Dragon6 mission.

Are your products made in the USA?

Dragon6 uses a number of vendors for our products. When we can we use small, veteran-owned businesses located in the United States. However, some products are just not made in America, YET! We are working on getting “Made in the USA” stickers on all products that ARE made or printed in the USA.

Orders of the same product with different variations

Each order of the same product with different variations needs to be added to the cart separately. E.g. ordering a black t-shirt, size Large is placed in your cart. Ordering the same t-shirt but in SMALL should be added separately to the cart.

Dragon6 accepts all major credit cards, Gpay or WooPay.

Shipping Rates

Dragon6 uses a number of vendors for our products. When we can we use small, veteran-owned businesses located in the United States. However, some products are just not made in America, YET!

Shipping prices vary from vendor to vendor and from place to place. Always, check for the estimated shipping costs prior to placing your order.

Order processing, how log it take to print your order, normally take between 1.5 to 2 business days before it is ready to ship.

Order shipping information
Each order can have only one (1) shipping address. We are unable to break orders apart and send them to different addresses at this time.

Please note that Dragon6 and our Vendors(Printify) will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For Direct To Garment products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
